Ingredients
- 1 pkg. chicken pieces, cut up
- 1 3/4 oz. envelope au jus gravy mix
- 1 small can tomatoes
- 1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms, undrained
- 1/4 c. sherry
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
Method
- Remove skin from chicken. Arrange in casserole dish.
- Stir all ingredients together.
- Spoon over the chicken.
- Bake at 375° for 50 to 60 minutes.
