Ingredients
- 2 c. wide noodles
- 1 c. cream-style cottage cheese
- 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 4 slices Muenster cheese, cut in strips
- 1 (11 oz.) can Ragu with mushrooms
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Method
- Fry ground beef and onions until light brown.
- Cook noodles; drain.
- Spoon into shallow dish.
- Spread cottage cheese over noodles.
- Add beef.
- Place half each of the cheese strips and Ragu on top; repeat with remaining strips and sauce.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake at 375° for 45 minutes or until top is brown.
