Ingredients

  • 2 c. wide noodles
  • 1 c. cream-style cottage cheese
  • 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 4 slices Muenster cheese, cut in strips
  • 1 (11 oz.) can Ragu with mushrooms
  • 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Method

  • Fry ground beef and onions until light brown.
  • Cook noodles; drain.
  • Spoon into shallow dish.
  • Spread cottage cheese over noodles.
  • Add beef.
  • Place half each of the cheese strips and Ragu on top; repeat with remaining strips and sauce.
  • Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  • Bake at 375° for 45 minutes or until top is brown.
