Ingredients
- 2 c. broccoli
- 2 c. sliced carrots
- 2 c. cauliflower
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
- 1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Clean and cut fresh garden vegetables.
- Place vegetables in large pan with 2 cups cold water.
- Bring to boil.
- Turn heat back and cook until tender.
- Drain.
