Ingredients

  • 1 c. chicken, cooked
  • 3/4 c. Cheddar cheese
  • 1 c. mixed vegetables
  • 8 oz. crescent dinner rolls
  • 1/2 can cream of mushroom soup (reserve 1/2)
  • 1/4 c. diced onion

Method

  • In medium bowl, combine chicken, shredded cheese, vegetables, soup and onion; mix well.
  • Separate crescent dough into 4 triangles; press to seal.
  • Spoon about 1/2 cup chicken mixture on one half of rectangle.
  • Bring remaining half of rectangle over meat mixture and press edges with fork to seal.
  • Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 400° for 12 to 15 minutes until golden brown.
