Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. reduced-calorie margarine
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 2 1/2 c. cooked linguine, cooked without fat or salt
- 1/2 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced (optional)
Method
- Melt margarine in small saucepan; add garlic and next 3 ingredients, including mushrooms.
- Add sauce to linguine and toss gently.
- Serve immediately.
