Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 c. fresh basil, cleaned and stems removed
- 3 Tbsp. pine nuts
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. chopped Italian parsley
- 1 lb. thin linguine
- 4 Tbsp. Pecorino Romano cheese
Method
- Combine the first 6 ingredients in a food processor at medium speed for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Set aside.
