Ingredients
- 2 c. leftover mashed potatoes
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- salt
- pepper
- 2 Tbsp. flour
Method
- Mix all ingredients.
- Dip in flour and brown in medium-hot skillet in cooking oil or margarine for about 5 minutes on each side.
