Ingredients
- 2 doz. mushrooms
- 1/2 c. onion, finely chopped
- 1 lb. bacon
- 1 stick butter
- 3 c. bread crumbs
Method
- Take stems from fresh mushroom caps.
- Chop into fine pieces. Set aside.
- Saute mushroom pieces and onion in butter until tender.
- Mix crumbled bacon and bread crumbs.
- Stuff this mixture into mushroom caps and bake in 350° oven for about 20 minutes.
