Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. bell pepper, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
- 1 tsp. minced garlic (optional)
- 1 1/4 c. ketchup
- Dash of Chili powder
Method
- In small skillet, saute bell pepper and onion,1 to 2 minutes. Add garlic, ketchup and Chili powder. Mix well. Heat thoroughly. Makes about 1 1/2 cups sauce.
