Ingredients

  • 2 large chicken breasts
  • 2 (14 ounce) cans stewed tomatoes
  • 1 cup onion (Chopped)
  • 3 (16 ounce) cans black beans
  • 1 (15 ounce) can corn
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup water
  • 3 minced garlic cloves
  • 3 teaspoons chili powder
  • 12 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper

Method

  • Boil whole chicken breasts till done.
  • Cut up chicken into small pieces.
  • In a large pot place chicken, tomatoes, onions, oil, water, garlic and all seasoning.
  • Simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.
  • Add (drained) beans and corn then simmer for another 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Season to your taste buds.
