Ingredients
- 2 c. chopped pecans
- 4 c. coconut
- 1 can Eagle Brand milk
- 1 1/2 boxes powdered sugar
- 1 stick margarine
- 12 oz. chocolate chips
- 7/8 bar paraffin
Method
- Melt margarine. Add sugar, milk, coconut and pecans.
- Mix well.
- Roll into quarter size balls.
- Place in freezer overnight or until real firm.
- Melt chocolate chips and paraffin in double boiler.
- Dip frozen candies in mixture.
