Ingredients
- 1 c. raw rice
- 2 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. chicken bouillon
- 1 c. cooked, chopped chicken
- 1 stick butter
Method
- Melt butter in skillet.
- Add rice, bouillon and chicken. Stir-fry one minute.
- Stir in water.
- Bring to a boil.
- Reduce to medium heat.
- Cover; simmer until water is absorbed.
- Stir before serving.
