Ingredients

  • 1/4 lb. marshmallows (16 large or 1 c. small)
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 pkg. lime Jell-O
  • 6 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 (20 oz.) can undrained crushed pineapple
  • 1 c. whipping cream, whipped or 1 small Cool Whip
  • 2/3 c. mayonnaise

Method

  • Melt in top of double boiler the marshmallows and milk.
  • Pour hot mixture over gelatin and
  • stir until dissolved.
  • Cut cream cheese into small chunks and beat into mixture with electric mixer until well blended, then beat in whipping cream and mayonnaise. Pour into mold that has been greased with mayonnaise and chill until firm.
