Ingredients
- 4 c. rhubarb, cut
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 3/4 c. white sugar
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. flour
- 1 c. brown sugar
Method
- Coat rhubarb with mixture of white sugar and 3 tablespoons flour.
- Place in baking dish.
- Top with a mixture of the butter, 1 cup flour and the brown sugar.
- Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
- Top with Cool Whip to serve.
