Ingredients

  • 1 can lima beans
  • 7 slices bacon
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 can Cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 c. cracker crumbs

Method

  • Cook beans until tender, drain.
  • Fry bacon, drain and crumble. Brown chopped onion in bacon grease, drain.
  • Mix beans, bacon and onion, Cheddar cheese soup and sour cream in mixing bowl.
  • Crumble cracker crumbs and soak in oil.
  • Put cracker crumbs on top after you have put mixture in casserole dish.
  • Cook in oven for 25 minutes or until it bubbles at 325°.
