Ingredients
- 1 can lima beans
- 7 slices bacon
- 1 small onion
- 1 can Cheddar cheese soup
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 c. cracker crumbs
Method
- Cook beans until tender, drain.
- Fry bacon, drain and crumble. Brown chopped onion in bacon grease, drain.
- Mix beans, bacon and onion, Cheddar cheese soup and sour cream in mixing bowl.
- Crumble cracker crumbs and soak in oil.
- Put cracker crumbs on top after you have put mixture in casserole dish.
- Cook in oven for 25 minutes or until it bubbles at 325°.
