Ingredients

  • 2 cans asparagus
  • 3 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
  • 16 crackers, broken
  • 1 c. sharp cheese, grated
  • 1 c. mushroom soup, diluted with 1/3 c. asparagus juice

Method

  • Mix crackers and cheese.
  • Place layer (1/2 of mixture) on bottom of greased baking dish.
  • Place a layer of asparagus over this, top with sliced egg.
  • Pour diluted soup over mixture.
  • Cover with remaining crackers and cheese.
  • Dot with butter or margarine. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
