Ingredients
- 2 cans asparagus
- 3 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
- 16 crackers, broken
- 1 c. sharp cheese, grated
- 1 c. mushroom soup, diluted with 1/3 c. asparagus juice
Method
- Mix crackers and cheese.
- Place layer (1/2 of mixture) on bottom of greased baking dish.
- Place a layer of asparagus over this, top with sliced egg.
- Pour diluted soup over mixture.
- Cover with remaining crackers and cheese.
- Dot with butter or margarine. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
