Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 3 Tbsp. oil
- 2 egg whites, beaten stiff (they are worth the trouble)
Method
- Combine in the order given.
- Fold in egg whites last.
- This is a sweeter than usual hotcake recipe; sugar can be reduced if desired.
