- 1 cup parsley organic, chopped
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese freshly
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 4 garlic cloves minced
- 1 cup sundried tomatoes packed in olive oil discard the oil
- sea salt
- pepper
- 227 grams rigatoni package of GF quinoa, or any pasta you prefer, cook per package instructions and cool
Method
- Mix all the ingredients together and toss with cooked pasta
