Ingredients
- 1 graham cracker pie crust
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. lemon rind, grated
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 1 (12 oz.) whipped topping
Method
- Blend cream cheese, sugar, juice and rind with electric mixer until
- well
- blended.
- Fold in walnuts and whipped topping.
- Pour in pie
- shell
- and chill for several hours until firm.
