Ingredients
- 2 c. flour
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1/2 c. milk
Method
- Mix the eggs and milk; add to the flour to form a ball.
- Roll out and cut into strips, squares, or any desired shapes.
- Drop into boiling beef or chicken broth (stock) and cook until dough is done.
- (Potatoes and parsley may be added to broth before pot pie dough.)
