Ingredients
- 12 cup blue cheese, crumbled
- 6 ounces fat free Greek yogurt, plain
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice (fresh is best)
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 18 teaspoon garlic powder
- salt
- pepper, freshly ground
Method
- In a small bowl, mash together the blue cheese and yogurt with a fork.
- Stir in mayonnaise, lemon juice, vinegar, and garlic powder until well blended.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
