Ingredients
- 2 lb. large shrimp
- 4 c. green grapes
- 6 thinly sliced radishes
- 1 c. mayo
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/4 c. chopped fresh dill
- zest of 2 lemons
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Cook shrimp through until pink.
- Let cool and then place in bowl with grapes and radishes.
- In a separate bowl, mix mayo, sour cream, dill, lemon zest and juice, salt and pepper.
- Add to shrimp mixture and toss well.
- Cover and chill at least 4 hours.
