- 1 onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 Tbsp. butter or oil
- 2 tsp. brown sugar
- 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. celery
- 1 Tbsp. horseradish
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 4 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire
- 1 1/2 c. water
Method
- Cook onion and garlic in melted butter until lightly brown. Add dry ingredients, then add remainder of ingredients.
- Simmer 15 to 20 minutes.
- Pour over meat.
