Ingredients
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 eggs, beaten together
- juice of 2 lemons
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine
Method
- Put sugar and butter in top of double boiler.
- Add the beaten eggs and lemon juice.
- Keep the water boiling.
- Stir often to keep it from framing around the pan.
- Cook until thick.
- Put filling in baked tart shells.
