Ingredients
- 1 c. butter
- 1 tsp. molasses
- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. pecans
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 beaten egg
Method
- Cream butter and sugar.
- Add in and mix the egg (beaten) and molasses.
- Mix in flour, salt and baking soda.
- Fold in pecans. Make several rolls and refrigerate for several hours or overnight. Slice and bake until lightly browned at 350°.
