Ingredients
- 2 lbs. frozen potatoes, thawed
- 3 cans cream of potato soup
- 1 pint sour cream
- 2 c. cheddar cheese
- 1/4 c. parmesan cheese
- salt and pepper
Method
- Mix all ingredients, pour in 9 x 13 pan.
- Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
