Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops (1-inch thick)
  • 1 c. water
  • 2 tsp. cooking oil
  • 4 lemon slices
  • 1 onion, separated into rings
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 c. catsup

Method

  • Heat cooker; add oil and brown the pork chops on both sides. Top each chop with a lemon slice.
  • Add onion, salt and pepper. Combine catsup and water; pour over chops.
  • Close cover securely. Place pressure regulator on vent pipe and cook 10 minutes with pressure regulator rocking slowly.
  • Cool cooker at once.
  • Serve chops with the sauce.
