Ingredients
- 4 pork chops (1-inch thick)
- 1 c. water
- 2 tsp. cooking oil
- 4 lemon slices
- 1 onion, separated into rings
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. catsup
Method
- Heat cooker; add oil and brown the pork chops on both sides. Top each chop with a lemon slice.
- Add onion, salt and pepper. Combine catsup and water; pour over chops.
- Close cover securely. Place pressure regulator on vent pipe and cook 10 minutes with pressure regulator rocking slowly.
- Cool cooker at once.
- Serve chops with the sauce.
