Ingredients

  • Roast or stew meat
  • Canola oil
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tall cans of tomato juice
  • 1 large & 1 small bag of frozen mixed vegetables
  • 2 potatoes
  • Pepper
  • Garlic salt

Method

  • 1. Cut roast into cubes.
  • 2. Brown the meat in a large stew pot with a small amount of oil sprinkled with Worcestershire sauce.
  • 3. Empty the tomato juice into the pot.
  • 4. Add the frozen vegetables to the pot.
  • 5. Cut up the potatoes & add them to the pot.
  • 6. Add pepper & garlic salt to taste.
  • 7. Add another couple of good squirts of Worcestershire sauce to the pot.
  • 8. Heat to boiling then reduce heat to medium low & simmer for hours.
