Ingredients
- Roast or stew meat
- Canola oil
- Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tall cans of tomato juice
- 1 large & 1 small bag of frozen mixed vegetables
- 2 potatoes
- Pepper
- Garlic salt
Method
- 1. Cut roast into cubes.
- 2. Brown the meat in a large stew pot with a small amount of oil sprinkled with Worcestershire sauce.
- 3. Empty the tomato juice into the pot.
- 4. Add the frozen vegetables to the pot.
- 5. Cut up the potatoes & add them to the pot.
- 6. Add pepper & garlic salt to taste.
- 7. Add another couple of good squirts of Worcestershire sauce to the pot.
- 8. Heat to boiling then reduce heat to medium low & simmer for hours.
