Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 Tbsp. shortening
- 1 lb. can stewed tomatoes
- 8 oz. can tomato sauce
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 3/4 c. water
- 5 oz. pkg. egg noodles
- 7 oz. can Mexicorn
Method
- In frying pan with cover, melt shortening.
- Add meat and cook until brown.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Cover and steam until noodles are tender.
- Takes about 20 minutes.
