Ingredients
- 1 pkg. lemon cake mix
- 1 pkg. instant lemon pudding mix
- 1 c. water
- 1/2 c. salad oil (I use Crisco oil)
- 1/2 c. poppy seed
- 4 eggs
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Combine all ingredients and mix 4 minutes with beater at medium speed.
- Pour into well-greased and floured pans.
- Bake for about 45 minutes.
- Makes 2 regular-sized loaves of 9 x 6 1/2 x 3-inch.
