Ingredients
- 1 c. confectioners sugar
- 1 c. granulated sugar
- 1 c. margarine
- 1 c. vegetable oil
- 2 beaten eggs
- 5 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. cream of tartar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Method
- Cream together sugars, margarine and oil. Add beaten eggs. Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Roll mixture into small balls. Press these with bottom of glass dipped in sugar.
- Bake at 350° for 8 to 10 minutes. Cool on rack and store in tight tin in the freezer if not used right away.
- Makes a lot of light, crispy cookies.
