Ingredients
- 2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
- 1/2 c. melted butter or margarine
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 c. sour cream
Method
- Thaw potatoes and mix with other ingredients.
