Ingredients
- 1 pound Shrimp, Peeled And Deveined
- 1- 1/2 teaspoon Olive Oil, Maybe A Little More
- 2 cloves Garlic, Chopped
- 1 whole Lemon, Sliced
- 1 whole Himalayan Salt Plate
Method
- Place salt plate on the gas cook top (or BBQ grill) and heat it on medium high for 15 minutes.
- In a medium sized bowl toss the shrimp in a little olive oil and garlic.
- When the salt block is very hot place the shrimp on it.
- They cook very quicklyin about 8 minutes, so keep an eye on them.
- Turn once.
- Put a few lemon slices on the block and cook until lightly browned, about 5 minutes.
- Dont salt the shrimp, they will absorb some of the salt from the block.
- Remove cooked shrimp to a platter and serve with your favorite sides.
