Ingredients
- 1 pkg. lemon jello
- 1/3 c. sugar
- grated rind of 1 lemon
- 1 1/4 c. hot water
- pinch of salt
- 1 graham cracker pie shell
Method
- Combine jello, hot water, sugar and grated lemon rind. When cool and syrupy, add 1 large can milk (chilled) and 3 tablespoons lemon juice.
- Whip thoroughly.
- Pour into pie shell.
