Ingredients
- 2 lb. red snapper
- 1 lemon (small)
- 1 small onion
- 1 small green pepper
- salt to taste
- garlic to taste
- 1/2 tsp. black lemon pepper
- 1/2 to 1 stick butter (unsalted)
Method
- Season fish with salt, pepper and garlic.
- Set aside for 15 minutes.
- Cut up onion and green pepper.
- Squeeze lemon juice over fish.
- Put in covered dish.
- Add onion, green pepper and s/c lemon over the entire dish.
- Cook slow in oven for one hour.
- Serve hot.
