Ingredients
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. wild rice and seasonings
- 1/2 c. sliced almonds
- 2 Tbsp. onions, finely chopped
- 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
- seasoning salt
- 2 Tbsp. sherry
- 3 c. chicken stock
Method
- Combine first 6 ingredients in saucepan.
- Heat until rice is well coated.
- Heat sherry and chicken stock to boil.
- Stir in rice and pour into baking dish.
- Cover and bake 40 to 50 minutes at 350° until liquids are absorbed by rice.
