- 10 dashes Pepper, One On Each Side Of The Pieces Of Chicken
- 10 dashes Salt/garlic Mix- I Use A Salt/dried Garlic Mix Grinder
- 1 package Feta Cheese
Method
- -Juice the lemons and set the lemon juice aside.
- -Put the flour on a plate.
- -Melt most of the butter, leave a little to melt in the middle of the cooking.
- Use medium heat.
- -Wash each piece of chicken in cold water and immediately put it in the flour and cover both sides.
- -Put chicken in the pan along with the butter.
- Season the exposed side of the chicken with pepper and salt/garlic mix.
- -Once all of the chicken is in the pan and cooked about half way, flip over.
- Season the other side of the chicken with the spices.
- If necessary, add the rest of the butter.
- -When you have cooked the chicken until it only has about a minute or two left, add the lemon juice.
- It might steam a little.
- I have served this chicken both right out of the pan, and cold and it has always been wonderful.
- I love it with a little feta cheese on top.
- I have also used it in a pita wrap with lettuce, cucumber, bell pepper slices and a little Caesar dressing.
- Yum.
