Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. olive oil
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. minced garlic
  • 4 to 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 tsp. lemon pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. oregano
  • dash of paprika and parsley flakes

Method

  • Mix all except chicken and heat in microwave until warm.
  • In baking dish, add 1/2 of mixture in bottom of pan.
  • Place chicken in dish, cover with water (paprika on top) and bake covered at 350° for 45 minutes.
  • Remove 3/4 of drippings; put in separate pan and heat over low heat.
  • Thicken with cornstarch.
  • Pour over chicken on plate or use as gravy.
