Ingredients
- Cake:
- 1 box Lemon Cake
- 1 small box Lemon Jello
- 3/4 cup Vegetable Oil
- 3/4 cup Water
- 4 Eggs
- Glaze Topping:
- 2 cups Confectioners Sugar
- Lemon Juice
Method
- Mix above ingredients together and beat with electric mixer for 4 minutes. Pour into greased 13x9 inch pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes
- Using hand mixer combine confectioners sugar with lemon juice (a little at a time) until you achieve a glaze consistency. Poke holes in cake with a fork and pour glaze while still hot.
- Let cake cool, cover, and refrigerate.
