Ingredients

  • Cake:
  • 1 box Lemon Cake
  • 1 small box Lemon Jello
  • 3/4 cup Vegetable Oil
  • 3/4 cup Water
  • 4 Eggs
  • Glaze Topping:
  • 2 cups Confectioners Sugar
  • Lemon Juice

Method

  • Mix above ingredients together and beat with electric mixer for 4 minutes. Pour into greased 13x9 inch pan.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes
  • Using hand mixer combine confectioners sugar with lemon juice (a little at a time) until you achieve a glaze consistency. Poke holes in cake with a fork and pour glaze while still hot.
  • Let cake cool, cover, and refrigerate.
