Ingredients
- 1 pkg. lemon cake
- 4 eggs
- 1 c. oil
- 1 pkg. lemon jello
- 3/4 c. water
- juice of 2 lemons
- 2 c. sifted confectioners sugar
Method
- Mix well and add lemon jello, mixed with warm water.
- Bake 40 minutes in a 350° oven in a 9 x 13-inch pan (test to be sure done).
- Pierce with fork after removing from oven.
- Mix juice of lemons and confectioners sugar.
- Pour over cake.
- This makes a glaze.
