Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pound beef
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 3 teaspoon water
- 2 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 lg. onion
- 1 green pepper
- 2/3 c. rice
- 1 can College Inn chicken broth
- 1 c. frzn vegetables
Method
- Cut beef in thin slices, almost shaved.
- Mix cornstarch, water and soy sauce together.
- Mix with cut beef for a little while.
- Saute/fry onion and pepper in large skillet.
- Mix beef soaked in cornstarch and soy.
- Cook till done, will curl up.
- Cook rice with chicken broth.
- When done add in hot mixed vegetables.
- Serve beef over rice, one dish.
