Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pound beef
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 3 teaspoon water
  • 2 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 lg. onion
  • 1 green pepper
  • 2/3 c. rice
  • 1 can College Inn chicken broth
  • 1 c. frzn vegetables

Method

  • Cut beef in thin slices, almost shaved.
  • Mix cornstarch, water and soy sauce together.
  • Mix with cut beef for a little while.
  • Saute/fry onion and pepper in large skillet.
  • Mix beef soaked in cornstarch and soy.
  • Cook till done, will curl up.
  • Cook rice with chicken broth.
  • When done add in hot mixed vegetables.
  • Serve beef over rice, one dish.
