Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons arrowroot powder
- 1 cup water
Method
- Place the arrowroot powder in a saucepan.
- Slowly mix in the water, until smooth.
- Stir over high heat until the jelly boils & clears.
- Remove from heat.
- Use after cooling a few minutes, or store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
- If it starts to separate, boil again.
