Ingredients
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jell-O
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1 tsp. lemon extract
- 2/3 c. oil
- 1 yellow cake mix (without pudding)
- 4 eggs
- 1 c. confectioners sugar
- juice of 1 lemon
Method
- Combine Jell-O and boiling water in a large bowl; stir until Jell-O is dissolved.
- Let cool.
- Add lemon extract, oil and cake mix, blending well.
- Beat in eggs.
