Ingredients

  • 4 oz. softened cream cheese
  • 1 (6 oz.) Keebler Ready graham cracker crust
  • 1 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 tsp. grated lemon peel
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 (8 oz.) tub Cool Whip
  • 1 pt. strawberries
  • 2 c. cold milk
  • 2 (4 serving size) pkg. Jell-O vanilla or lemon instant pudding

Method

  • Beat cream cheese, 1 tablespoon milk and sugar in bowl with wire whisk until smooth. Stir in lemon peel and juice.
  • Stir in 1 1/2 cups Cool Whip. Spread evenly in bottom of crust. Press berries into cream cheese layer; reserve a few for garnish. Pour 2 cups milk in large bowl; add pudding.
  • Beat 1 minute. Let stand 1 minute. Gently stir in 1 cup Cool Whip. Spoon over berries in crust. Refrigerate 4 hours. Garnish with berries and Cool Whip.
