Ingredients
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 eggs whites (room temperature)
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- pinch of salt
- 1 c. heavy cream
Method
- In bowl, combine first 5 ingredients and beat until stiff (at least 15 minutes).
- Fold in heavy cream, whipped.
- Mound into cooked 9-inch pie shell and freeze.
- Take out of freezer 15 to 20 minutes before serving.
