- 1 box 1 step white angel food cake mix
- 1 can lemon pie filling
Method
- Use mixer and mix dry cake mix and lemon pie filling.
- Pour into a floured and greased 9 x 13-inch cake pan or 10 x 15-inch cookie sheet.
- Smooth out and make sure batter is even.
- Bake 25 minutes at 350°.
- Frost with a thin glaze, using powdered sugar and lemon extract.
