Ingredients
- 1 (9-inch) angel pie shell
- 4 eggs yolks
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 c. whipping cream
Method
- Beat egg yolks for 3 minutes. Gradually add sugar. Beat on low speed for 2 minutes. Blend in lemon juice for 1 minute. Cook over hot water in double boiler until the mixture is thick. Cool.
