Ingredients
- 18 None frozen tart crusts (3-4 inches each)
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cups flaked coconut
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1 None lemon, peel finely grated
- 1 None lime, peel finely grated
Method
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Arrange tart crusts on a baking pan. Bake for 10-15 mins, until cooked and golden. Set aside to cool.
- Combine condensed milk, coconut, and lemon and lime juices and peels in a large bowl. Spoon into tart crusts.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
