Ingredients

  • 18 None frozen tart crusts (3-4 inches each)
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups flaked coconut
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1 None lemon, peel finely grated
  • 1 None lime, peel finely grated

Method

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F. Arrange tart crusts on a baking pan. Bake for 10-15 mins, until cooked and golden. Set aside to cool.
  • Combine condensed milk, coconut, and lemon and lime juices and peels in a large bowl. Spoon into tart crusts.
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve.
