Ingredients

  • 1 leftover shredded chicken
  • 1 packages dried spaghetti
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 4 fresh button mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp oregano
  • 1 cup chicken stock
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 salt&pepper to taste
  • 1 any leftover veggies (corn, broccoli, etc)

Method

  • Add pasta and oil to sslted boiling water.
  • Cook until al dente.
  • In a pot melt the butter, add mushrooms and cook until soft and dark.
  • Stir in the garlic, chicken, oregano, and chicken broth.
  • Increase the heat to medium and cook for about 5 minutes.
  • Reduce heat to low and stir in the heavy cream.
  • Add any leftover veggies.
  • Stir in the pasta and leave on the heat for a few minutes to heat through.
  • Add the parmesan and salt&pepper to taste.
  • Serve and enjoy.
