- 1 leftover shredded chicken
- 1 packages dried spaghetti
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- 4 fresh button mushrooms, sliced
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp oregano
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 salt&pepper to taste
- 1 any leftover veggies (corn, broccoli, etc)
Method
- Add pasta and oil to sslted boiling water.
- Cook until al dente.
- In a pot melt the butter, add mushrooms and cook until soft and dark.
- Stir in the garlic, chicken, oregano, and chicken broth.
- Increase the heat to medium and cook for about 5 minutes.
- Reduce heat to low and stir in the heavy cream.
- Add any leftover veggies.
- Stir in the pasta and leave on the heat for a few minutes to heat through.
- Add the parmesan and salt&pepper to taste.
- Serve and enjoy.
