- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 (14 1/2 oz.) can tomatoes, undrained
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. basil
- 1/2 tsp. oregano leaves
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
- 2 c. cottage cheese
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 8 wide lasagne noodles, uncooked
- 2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Method
- Crumble ground beef into 1 1/2-quart dish.
- Cook on full power for 5 to 6 minutes or until no longer pink, stirring once.
- Drain. Stir in tomatoes, tomato paste, salt, basil, oregano, garlic powder and water.
- Cover with lid.
